T-Mobile rolls out HTC Athena as "Ameo" {Engadget Mobile}

Jan 24th 2007 9:21AM A 5" VGA screen and a 624 MHz processor sounds to me like it will be eating up battery unbelievably fast and producing a fair bit of heat.

Any ideas on how they are countering both of these problems?

Jan 24th 2007 9:19AM Let's not forget that he still robbed her in the first place and it was only his guilty conscious that made him return it. Chances are he'll be doing it again.

Jan 22nd 2007 4:20PM So does this service provide full blown TV with streaming of all analog TV stations or is it simply of previously recorded, downloadable tv shows?

Jan 18th 2007 9:15PM I dont' get it. How is that practical at all? How would that be convenient with such a small screen and lack of keypad?

Who won't be getting the iPhone? {Engadget Mobile}

Jan 17th 2007 2:30PM Wow this really doesn't seem to be making any sense to me from Apple's perspective. Why would they be so severely limiting themselves? The number of prospective phones that they can sell seems to be getting smaller and smaller by the day.

There is obviously something we just don't that makes a world of difference. What on earth is is though?

Cellphone ignites fire, severely burns owner {Engadget Mobile}

Jan 16th 2007 6:08PM I think a couple of millions dollars would make up for some burns. I want to know if they can actually prove that the battery caused the fire.

Hands-on with the HTC Cavalier {Engadget Mobile}

Jan 16th 2007 6:06PM Specs are impressive but I don't know how I feel about the design. Actually looks kind of ugly now that I take a good look.

MOTO Q PRO gets official {Engadget}

Jan 8th 2007 5:31PM No kidding Rich. Not only that but from my personal experience with the Q there a plenty of other smart phones out there that get it done much better.

Microsoft, Ford bringing "Sync" to cars this year {Engadget Mobile}

Jan 7th 2007 11:53AM Of course the added benefit of being able to sync all of you electronic devices with your car is nice for us technically obsessed folks but it does make me worried. Driving is already hazardous enough, with all of these technological updates making it even more likely that we'll be distracted I only see traffic crash rates increasing.

Not only that but I foresee in the not so far future legislation to block such technology being allowed in American cars. Don't get me wrong, my next car with have bluetooth capability but I'm not worried about myself as I am others.
