MacBook Air gets NVIDIA graphics, storage bump {Engadget}
Oct 14th 2008 2:58PM I'm sure the base price for the air used to be £1199 in the UK, and now its £1299. Funny how the base price in the US has stayed the same.
Skype coming for UIQ 3? {Engadget Mobile}
May 22nd 2007 5:13PM Well for one thing, the X-series plan from the UK carrier '3' offers skype calling as one of its features, and when the plan was announced they had 2 phones in the portfolio - the Nokia N73 and SE W950, which runs UIQ. At launch they only had the Nokia, but I'm not sure how things stand right now. Needless to say, I always took it for granted that a UIQ version of skype was on the way, otherwise they couldn't advertise it as a feature..

Nov 8th 2006 6:47PM I don't know what laptops these sony-haters use, but I guarantee they aren't anywhere near as nice as this TX model..

As integrated and amazing as computers are today, I still have a phone, and a TV, and a stereo. I even have books! Clearly, integration doesn't mean the death of separate devices.
Study: for most, all-in-one phones aren't {Engadget Mobile}
Oct 31st 2006 1:43AM For me, a phone is still a communication device. Calling, sms, email and in some cases web browsing / web services. I like phones that focus on these areas. I haven't been convinced by any phones that try to integrate mp3 playing or camera functionality. They just don't do it as well as my iPod or digicam.
Mouse Computer's LuvBook NX {Engadget}
Oct 25th 2006 4:21PM Looks a helluva lot like the Sony TX series to me..

MacBook innards exposed! {Engadget}
May 18th 2006 3:47AM Tape, the first MacBook benchmarks suggest that it performs as well (if not better) than the pro. Really the only differences nowadays are the larger display and alu housing.
