1- Stop posting Droid links. People who clicked on that link to read this article want to view comments about either the TomTom app or the iPhone. Nobody cares about what holsters they are selling for Droid, they care about the TomTom holster or else they would be on a Droid website.
2- Your website fails. All of the phones in the holsters are Palm Pres. Much better phones than the Droid IMO, not because of Android, I have the Hero and it's wonderful, but a) Droid is on Verizon, who charges outrageous prices for data, voice, and text, and b) it's really big and ugly.

Oct 18th 2009 12:19AM The iPhone deserves more credit than this, but it would help if Apple woke the hell up and fixed their freaking iPhone. Having one for >6 months, they need to: give it Expose for running multiple apps, get a flash for their camera, fix the crappy speaker to be like the Bold, make it more stable, and the two biggest ones: 1) Get a f-ing physical keyboard already, and 2) GET THE HELL OFF AT&T. The network sucks. End of story.
However, what really should happen now is Palm can speak up over there on Sprint and say:
-iHave a camera flash, multiple apps, music software, an awesome touch screen, and a kick ass operating system, and interchangeable batteries! And my wireless service doesn't suck every penny out of you (Verizon), have crappy coverage (AT&T), or suck in general (T-Mobile USA, the network internationally is better)! Look at me!
They'll sell millions. Just lose Tamara Hope, alright Palm? kthxbai

Sep 26th 2009 9:21AM Lots of people's 4 year old phones do... but keep in mind it took until the 3rd generation of the iPhone to do this, and the smartphones competing with it (Pre, Storm, Hero, etc) are trying to match the feature set but focused more on the software than the raw capabilities of stuff like the video camera. However, Palm got several things right that took Apple forever, such as app store from the beginning, physical keyboard, camera flash, MULTITASKING, loud speaker, and many software features in the email program, in the 1st generation of their phone.

Aug 24th 2009 7:19AM No, you want a shiny white or aluminum iTruck with no doors and the steering wheel is fully touch-controlled. It will cost you 750,000 per iTruck and have a built-in iTablet in the dashboard acting as a sat nav:) Save your pennies!
I really hope this is Snow Leopard...and the MacBook Touch. Come on Apple give us something exciting!

Brought 2 laptops to a vacation home.
1. Dell XPS M1330 2.4GHz OS: Vista Ultimate
2. MacBook 2.4GHz Late 2008 Unibody OS: OSX Leopard 10.5.7
This wireless network has a simple 10-character WEP password.
-Time for MacBook to find and connect to new wireless network in house: 46 seconds
-Time for Dell to find network: 7 minutes (after it didn't find the same network while sitting right next to the Mac, I brought it into the same room as the router)
-Time to enter password: 10 seconds
-Time for Dell to tell me it couldn't connect: 40 seconds "connecting... connecting.... windows cannot connect"
-Time to let Wireless Network Assistant find the problem: 2 minutes
-Time for Wireless Network Assistant to try and fix the problem: 10 minutes
At this point, my Mac has gone to sleep, mocking me and getting bored of waiting.
-Time for me to enter the password 4 more times to ensure it was correct: 10 minutes of letting it go through the "Connecting to XXXXXX network" screen 4 times
-Time for me to shut Dell off and use Mac instead: 3 minutes of watching the magical green bar "windows is shutting down..........."
This is one of about 15,000,000 inconveniences that Windows has caused me in the 15 years I had used it. Windows has ruined at least 8 perfectly good machines I spent lots of money on because of viruses, spyware, and just the OS imploding on itself. Maybe it's just me, but I want those 200+ hours on the phone with customer service back.
Times I have needed to call Apple Customer Service in 1.5 years: 2
Times they have resolved my issue within 15 minutes: 2
I rest my case.

Jul 29th 2009 11:39AM I agree with MastrCake. The Pre already has much potential to leapfrog ahead of the iPhone, but keep in mind it is in its 1st gen, and its app store is very young compared to Apple's. Give it 2 years, and the app store will have great apps and stupid apps, just like Apple's. The hardware will only get better, maybe with a wider keyboard/bigger screen, better battery life, 5MP autofocus camera, video recording, etc. Also, webOS 3.0 will probably fix all of the issues people have with it. I can't wait for it, my iPhone's shortcomings are becoming unbearable. (POS camera, no video, annoying complete lack of multitasking, lack of customization, low-res screen, reception issues, crappy battery life, all the good apps blocked by Apple).
Come on Apple and Palm, I REALLY don't want to jump ship to an N97!

Jul 21st 2009 1:14PM The iToaster would be available in white and unibody aluminum. The surface would be so glossy that people would claim they can't even use the toaster. There is also a touch panel on it with an arrow that says "Slide to Toast" and points down, not sideways. This toaster would also have the option to toast via Wi-Fi. Simply connect to the wireless network, and toast remotely. However, the connection would cut out every time before it's finished toasting. You must go to an Apple store to purchase iBread to toast, because each iSlice would have the Wi-Fi receiver in it. Every time you start toasting you hear the Mac chord and the touch panel changes to an Apple logo that gets progressively browner and starts steaming. New in iToaster OS Version 3.0, you can get a push notification sent to your iPhone when the bread is done. In development is the iToaster nano, which is half the size, and requires iBread nano, half-sized bread slices. iToaster nano can easily fit in your jeans pocket. It's insanely great.
