Oct 14th 2009 7:46PM Maemo's been around for a while, check out the current app selection.
As for this versus other mobiles, the N900 is more of a laptop replacement. If you want to use the web w/o sacrifices and FTP to your web server and make some changes to your code then upload it back all while VNCing to your work computer then the N900 is for you.
Truth is the N900 will be more of a niche market, but it will be my niche. ;)

Oct 14th 2009 7:41PM Only because Google Wave is sooooooo tiny on a device that size. I'd rather use a stylus and the REAL web then have to wait for sites to roll out iPhone compatible versions.
