HTC Hero / Eris mega faceoff on video {Engadget Mobile}

Nov 6th 2009 6:52PM Guys. Really.
You usually have such high standards on your site. And I thank you for it.

This video, however, seems like it was made very quickly at the end of an evening out on the town involving binge-drinking.

I'm expecting someone to say: "DUDE where's my DROID" and giggle.
The idea behind the video I understand and applaud. But the execution...

Seriously, were you guys sober?

Also, HTC has already confirmed that the Hero will get a 2.0 update. Yes, it remains to be seen at this time, but it's still strange that you would call it into question in this video.

T-Mobile Pulse hands-on (with video): Android meets 3.5-inch LCD, loves it {Engadget}

Oct 13th 2009 3:12PM The Home/Back button has dual functionality: short tap for Back, hold for Home.

I'm pretty sure that means it killed the App Switcher, though I don't actually know for certain.

The Pulse has a capacitive screen.

Does anyone here actually believe that bezel will stay silver? It's pre-production.
The bezel also isn't any bigger than the render on the website, the silver just draws attention to it.

It's a Au$299 (or 399 for the Pro) Android Smartphone.
It's cheap and not half bad when you look at the specs.

Why do so many people feel the need to just whine?
