Rumor: Assassin's Creed 2 glitch breaks the game {Joystiq}
Dec 4th 2009 7:37PM Wow. I was just playing AC2 and ran into a similar problem. At sequence 8, in Venice, I was running around at the top of a roof, I alerted a guard so I jumped into the water. When I got out of the water, the little arrow that indicates the guards suspicion of you lingered at about half way for at least 20 minutes. No matter how far away I got, it was stuck at the same amount and was always in front of me.Then I alerted another roof top guard, and he pushed me off the roof. As Ezio was trying to grab something, he sunk into the side of the building, then appeared in the waterway below him. So I swam around some, and then the music stopped, 10 seconds later the whole game froze.
I restarted the system and everything was fine. I was using a PS3.
Did anyone else have a similar experience?
Time Inc. shows off magazine tablet demo, plans future anger about 70/30 profit split {Engadget}
Dec 2nd 2009 6:28PM This is what I believe Apple is working on. A somewhat cheap touchscreen tablet (maybe in the 200-400 dollar range) that has a soul purpose of offering digital magazines and newspapers. You could go onto a itunes like "News Stand Store" and buy subscriptions for magazines and newspapers. All those newspapers could work like podcasts, and you could download what you want and don't want, and unsubscribe at any time. And they would all be interactive like what was in the video.
The fact that multiple companies have come out with similar concepts about digital magazines mean that there very well may be something going on behind the scenes.
This is the future people!

How long does anyone think that it would take for that technology to trickle down into normal desktop computers? Just think of the possibilities...
2011 Audi A8 revealed amidst the stars at Design Miami 2009 {Autoblog}
Dec 1st 2009 8:45AM I think anyone who dosent like it has bothered to click through to the full gallery. It's beautiful. While everything in this car has been done before in other cars, I think that the design pulls it all together in a way that is very modern and appealing.
Gah!x2: Kicherer Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG rendered {Autoblog}
Nov 29th 2009 3:36PM At least it's not as bad as that yellow one we saw earlier, but I don't like it. It looks like the designer thought "Hmm, I wonder what would happen if I crossed a Mercedes, a Mazda, and threw in an Aston Martin grille in there for good measure.... Thats a great idea! I don't see what could possibly go wrong! "
Nova DSLR concept reminds us that cameras need not be boring {Engadget}
Nov 28th 2009 5:57PM I think that this could be used for the non pro / point and shoot market. It is a great design, considering that you dont need film anymore in cameras. But it seems like it would be hard to hold steady, and maybe not that easy to use. I think that this would be a terrible design if you are a professional photographer. But I am not one, and many people dont even know what a DSLR is. So I think that this would be and awesome idea for the point and shoot market, but definitely not anything near pro.

Nov 19th 2009 8:29AM I love this new layout, but the comments section to me is somewhat hard to read. The text is too small, and they should fit more comments on one page.
But other then that, I will say this is amazing! Great Job guys!
