Nov 24th 2009 5:45PM That *is* a trend graph. Those headers at the top are tabs for different statistics. If you click on them you can get stats for those other categories. Notice that 'recommend' is highlighted on the top. Also notice the dates on the X axis and the score on the Y axis.

Nov 19th 2009 7:01PM @ocentertainment Very true. However, I used to do part time work tutoring the elderly how to use their computers. They take a lot of paper notes and go step by step. If you could make everything more visual, and reduce the number of steps to do things (while keeping the choices limited) you can develop an environment that older folks can explore and use.
How I wish my grandparents could use Skype. Last I checked, my grandfather was using WebTV
