Feb 22nd 2009 10:51AM A very good point, and one I forgot to mention. Case closed I'd say. (You know that will come back to bite now though right?)

Feb 22nd 2009 10:48AM @dagamer34 This is a question which has been asked, and has been answered with the Mini-DisplayPort to DVI adapter. The same could be said of the Mini-DVI connector. Otherwise, I don't understand your point.

Rumor: New Mac mini video? {The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW)}

Feb 22nd 2009 8:00AM As Gilbert says, it's old news now, a bit of a disappointment. General consensus is that there is no reason to have 2 display ports (mini-DVI and mini-displayport), and the original photo was thought to have been faked.

Feb 5th 2009 3:19PM Go to the Apple Menu in the top left corner of your screen, and choose About this Mac. Click the More Info button at the bottom and choose either ATA or SATA from the resulting windows side bar. This will give you all the details of the ATA and SATA devices (including hard drives) attached to your machine (not including those in FireWire or USB caddies).

Feb 5th 2009 3:13PM While it can't be expected that a hard drive manufacturer explicitly support all possible hardware, it would be interesting if it were AMD they weren't supporting rather than PPC Macs. At least there is the option of using the warranty instead and they aren't going to charge for the privilege (although the postage will be up to the customer I guess).
