Apr 7th 2009 1:40PM If this is Verizon's "biggest" release of the year, they will continue to disappoint customers with their phone offerings. (This attribute IS as reliable as their network.) My contract is up in September and I'm ready to bail. I may eat the shrinking ETF, and head for a network with more useful phones if something compelling (Garmin, iPhone update, etc) comes out in the interim.
