Nov 26th 2007 9:47AM WND(WIND) has a phone like this already. Their model is called the Van Gogh, I believe. cool thought, but I''m sure with the compartment being opened every time you want to put your headset away, the cover will become loose and you'll most likely lose your headset anyways. :D
