If they do you may still have time to return it if you think it's worth the trouble. Maybe if you call and ask them they'll give you a credit since you haven't even received your first bill yet. This is a company that offers 5GB of data per month for $80. Compare that to pretty much any country in the world and tell me that's a good value. Any phone they offer should be free if I'm to commit to a contract that lasts that long. I can't imagine how improved phones will be in 18 months, much less 3 yrs. I'd rather wait until some fool has to sell his because he can't afford the monthly cost & buy one used. That way if something comes along I like better I just sell mine & look again for another like new used phone. I've had an iPhone that I only paid $200 for that I used for 6 months, & sold it for what i paid for it, & then bought a Google G1 with tons of extra's that I paid $250 for. All without a contract on T-Mobile with unlimited minutes & internet for $60 & I'm not stuck with the same phone for 3 freaking years. Funny how in Europe you can get almost any phone for free, with just an 18 month contract, but in the USA & Canada people are all to willing to give up their hard earned cash so easily..

Lancelot

Comments on Rogers Magic and Dream now yours for $99.99

Everyone complains about Canadian carriers' three-year contracts without really understanding them.

Even though you sign up on a 3-year term, you get upgrades every 1 or 2 years (at the promotional prices, or sometimes even less). Yes you sign a new 3-year contract for that, but it also wipes out the last year of your original contract.

Essentially, as long as you stay with your provider and upgrade your phones, you're never actually on a contract for more than 2 years.

TouchMe

Comments on Rogers Magic and Dream now yours for $99.99

The original price for both handsets was $149, not $199.
