Their customer service is useless for anything besides getting credits, you can't use the buddy locator because, let's face it, no one you know has another helio headset, and they don't have any upgrade options like the other carriers.  Helio either needs to start bringing a ton of new phones, or just get phased out of VM.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[L_A_Art]]></dc:creator><pubDate>May 12th 2009 5:11PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
