Divesting into other carriers . For instance here in VT, they swapped some territories with AT&T which allowed AT&T to take over the existing Alltell/Unicell network. Thank GOD! AT&T is actually investing in more towers here an upgrading them all to 3G and prepping them for 4G while Verizon had given up. I am very happy some real competition came in and that we are no longer the only state without the iPhone.
Verizon smart phones and phone choices in general are just pathetic.

So will All-tel remain as a wireless provider or are they divesting their remining interests into other carriers?
