I also don't understand why so many people are bringing up comparisons to netbooks and other equipment. That being said, those individuals will perhaps invest more time and energy in researching and comparing a device with another before purchasing. As with time of course with everything, the high prices will drop to a more reasonable price. But as history has shown so vividly, companies and phone manufacturers will experience massive financial set backs and losses.
