and even comparing it to the Dell's Axim line, they weren't the best looking thing in the world to me either. Dell's products just seem to look clunky and cheap to me. i remember a girl i knew had a Dell DJ MP3 player, and compared to other MP3 players of the time, it was big and clunky.
