I'd probably like something like that but IS-95/IS-2000 is a show stopper for me. Hopefully they'll upgrade to LTE like everyone else.

Until now, they've operated their own network ... that's why their coverage is so limited. I have no idea how they're implementing this new coverage plan (simple roaming agreements?), but they're still not an MVNO.
