If I were one of those big cigarette companies, I will tie-up with the creator or better yet buy the idea, then use this as promotion material. :)

Freakin ljit nailed it. No law against talking to a cigarette pack while driving...even in California. Soon there will be hamburger, milk shake, curling iron handsets to hook to your phone, so you can appear not to be talking on your phone while steering with your knees.
