So I'm guessin' before then it was all cool to just sport a TyTn in the prison yard? Hrm, anyway, with the timing of the law, this is another case of legal serendipity. If only they had been caught earlier....ahh, life is full of those little what-if--but,no problem, they'll have an extra month to think about it!
